Tight Tolerance
Our material selection and process control make for durable plugs and patterns essential for multiple mold making in large scale production runs. A Symmetrix master wind turbine pattern can be used to produce 8-10 production mold sets, which in turn will produce thousands of wind turbine blades. Our ability to CNC machine to tight tolerances reduces repeating errors in production runs and costly rework.
